New Patients

Use the “Request an Appointment” button on this page to receive a call from our staff to answer any questions you may have and to book your first appointment or you can give us a all at 850-249-9355. When you schedule your appointment, we will email you a link to our new patient paperwork. You may complete and submit this online, or print it out and bring it with you. If you’d rather, you may also come in a few minutes early and fill out your paperwork in the office.

Your First Visit

Our front desk staff will welcome you and assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Your intake paperwork will be processed, and an assistant will bring you back to sit in one of our massage chairs with some moist heat to loosen and relax you before seeing Dr. Sherman.

Next, you’ll meet with Dr. Sherman, who will get to know you, discuss your goals, review your condition and history, take X-rays, and perform a Chiropractic Evaluation. Dr. Sherman will also explain his recommended treatment plan to get you better as quickly as possible.

​​​​​​​After explaining your findings and diagnosis, Dr. Sherman will proceed with a Chiropractic Adjustment, explaining everything he is doing and what he is correcting. After your treatment, most new patients will receive a relevant therapy to achieve the desired results as quickly as possible.

Your Following Visits

On your following visits, Dr. Sherman will review your X-rays with you if they were taken previously, and then you’ll receive your adjustment and therapy.
